Return Policy

Returns

At Rockin' EM our return policy is  14 days from time of confirmed delivery. Once you receive your item you have two weeks to try it on and if it doesn't work get it back in the mail. The item must be received within two weeks from the time of delivery. If two weeks have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you store credit or exchange.

Please email shop.cheekycactus@gmail.com to begin the return process. Once an email is received we will provide you with the proper return address.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags attached .

Shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. Your shipping will not be included in your store credit and you are responsible for return shipping costs.

All accessories including under garments and shoes are final sale 

All sale items are final sale and can not be returned or refunded.

How does your credit work?
Once your return is received and inspected, an email will be sent to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your credit along with a code to use your credit online (if applicable).


If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a shipping service that provides tracking or purchasing additional shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
